About Me

I am a business and technology executive who turns complex portfolios into reliable performance and growth. I lead the Security and Resiliency practice in Mexico at a global technology infrastructure firm, where I align operations, continuity, and modernization with financial and operational outcomes.

Across more than two decades I have directed large portfolios and multi country operations in Latin America and Europe for consulting firms and global enterprises, including Accenture, Capgemini, Adidas, McLaren, Indra, Stefanini, and Atkins Réalis. I have been accountable for delivery, margin, alliances, and executive relationships. My teams have operated with more than six thousand professionals and portfolios above three hundred million dollars, improving availability, time to value, and unit cost while reducing operational risk.

I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on leadership and organizational adaptation in Mexico. My research tests how executive behavior aligns with cultural and institutional context to improve trust, engagement, and reliability. I also hold doctorates in Computer Science and in International Relations, complemented by executive education at the Harvard Kennedy School, The George Washington University, and IMD in Switzerland.

I remain active at the interface of policy and education. I serve as an Expert with the EU CyberNet initiative and as a member of the Board of Trustees of ICT University in Africa. I hold academic leadership role at ILEP in Mexico, where I advance executive education and the integration of technology, leadership, and governance.

I engage with the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan in committees on digital economy, digital transformation, information and communications technology, secure digital infrastructure, and government relations. This participation informs my view on regulation, industry priorities, and cooperation between Japan and Mexico.
