I work at the intersection of technology, institutions, and execution—translating complex transformation agendas into measurable performance, resilience, and organizational trust. My focus is not technology as an isolated capability, but as an operating condition that fundamentally reshapes accountability, risk, and executive decision-making.

Drawing on more than two decades leading digital transformation, cyber resilience, and modernization programs across Latin America and Europe, I bridge the gap where technical capability meets executive decision-making. My work begins where experimentation ends: helping corporate leaders and public institutions convert technological capability into margin, delivery confidence, and institutional credibility.

In my enterprise practice, I focus on treated cybersecurity operations, business continuity, and AI-enabled transformation as core operating levers rather than back-office projects. I help organizations deploy AI with discipline to compress execution cycles, reduce operational variance, and make complex risks legible to leaders accountable for enterprise outcomes. Central to this approach is navigating the boundary where automation creates value—and identifying the precise failure modes that emerge unless governance, culture, and incentives evolve in parallel.

Beyond corporate environments, I serve as an Expert Advisor to the EU CyberNet initiative, supporting governments, ministries, and regulatory bodies across emerging economies to design national cybersecurity strategies, protect critical infrastructure, and build institutional readiness. This cross-regional work reinforces my core operating thesis: whether in global business or public governance, resilience is as much a challenge of leadership and operating model design as it is a technical one.

My work is anchored by a rare multidisciplinary foundation that integrates business, technology, and governance. I hold a Doctorate in Computer Science, alongside advanced studies in business, marketing, and executive leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, IMD, and George Washington University. Alongside my advisory work, I hold academic leadership appointments and mentor doctoral candidates across Africa, Europe, and Latin America, advancing applied research in AI governance, digital ethics, and cyber policy.
